Different engagements, different commercial structures
Contract, fractional and advisory engagements are different commercial structures. Contract work is priced according to the role, duration and delivery expectations; fractional leadership and fixed-scope advisory work are priced according to responsibility, scope and business risk. Each engagement is scoped and quoted separately through AIToken Labs LLC.
Executive AI architecture and governance advisory is available at $400/hour for short, high-leverage engagements and decision support. Longer contract, implementation and fractional engagements are scoped and priced separately.
