After IBM, I continued working independently as a cloud and enterprise architecture consultant. In December 2023, I founded AIToken Labs and began building EmployAIQ, an AI Workforce platform for designing, deploying and managing governed AI Employees.
Today, I combine that enterprise foundation with hands-on work in agentic AI, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, AI governance, automation and multi-agent systems. My focus is practical: helping organizations turn promising AI capabilities into secure, scalable systems that perform real business work under human oversight.
